What started as a passion for cycling nearly 15 years ago has blossomed into a multifaceted career in the fitness industry.
During personal training sessions, I work closely with clients to assess their current fitness levels, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized workout plans that address their specific needs and objectives. Whether it's building strength, improving endurance, or enhancing overall fitness, my goal is to create a program that is both effective and enjoyable for each client.
From my beginnings as a cycling instructor, I've ventured into various roles, including personal training, group fitness instruction, and numerous other fitness and health-related positions along the way. This diverse experience has not only shaped me into a well-rounded fitness professional but has also allowed me to stay ahead of the curve in an industry that's constantly evolving.
Fitness has been a cornerstone of my life in more ways than one, but perhaps the most profound impact it has had is in my role as a mother to three wonderful girls. Through my dedication to health and wellness, I've been able to lead by example and show them that women are capable of anything they set their minds to. Because in the end, being a mother isn't just about raising children; it's about empowering the next generation of women to be strong, confident, and fearless in all aspects of their lives.
